Dehydration Lesson from the Pool !

This week, I faced my second dehydration challenge — this time, my hips protested right after a long swim.  I went straight to the hospital, got an injection and ORS.
Doctor recommendation : ORS before diving in and 3 Liters of water everyday.

My first dehydration episode was years ago in Japan — after an emotional swim at Enoshima Beach in 2014. That swim carried tears, waves, and memories - A heart break !

It’s where we learn balance, endurance, and self-trust.

Enoshima Station !

Hospitalized in Tokyo.
If you can get hospitalized, take care of yourself, and walk out of that hospital without anyone by your side — that’s resilience. That’s what true self-support means. It’s standing tall when there’s no one to lean on, wiping your own tears, paying your own bills, and still finding the courage to smile at life.
Because sometimes, we realize that many relationships exist not out of love — but out of the need for support. And when you’ve learned to support yourself, you no longer crave the kind that comes with conditions.

You become your own strength, your own healer, your own home.  Hospitalized in Tokyo.

This time, it wasn’t heartbreak but sheer exhaustion — juggling my mom’s post-surgery care (she’s doing great now), cooking, cleaning, and the stress of quitting a job that wasn’t paying. When I finally hit the pool, I just kept swimming.........

After nearly four years of working in a startup environment, I’ve noticed a pattern in my job interviews— calls that start with excitement often end with offers like “20% cash + equity,” “30% cash plus equity,” or even “40% cash plus equity.”

Dive like a Dolphin  from the deep end of the pool  and then move towards shallow end of the pool in 30 seconds /  half a minute.
Took 40 Seconds !

Doctor Recommendations :
Drink at least 3 liters of water daily
ORS before every swim
3 Eggs per week
And never let emotions or exhaustion turn into dehydration again ;

Because life — just like swimming — is about rhythm, recovery, and resilience.
I have a low sugar. Have been on ORS !

Bold & Triumphant:
Here’s my comeback face! I lost 3 Kgs in the last 2 Months.

My health check-up gave me the green light — I’m absolutely fit to dive back into the pool in one week's time.
Resilience tested, recovery complete, and spirit undefeated!

But when you face pain, fear, and loneliness head-on and still choose to stand tall… you realize you are enough.  Iam Enough !

I need someone who loves me, believes in my potential, and trusts that I’ll stand strong on my own without depending on them.

A Coach and Change Maker. An ice cream !

You just need a moment to float, breathe, and remind yourself — you’re still moving, you’re still alive, and you’ll find your way.
