Be Yourself !

Today i decided to become water !

I jumped into the pool like a Dolphin, full of dreams and enthusiasm... and tried every swimming style known to humankind (and animal-kind too).

Dog Swim, splashing water every where
Swan Swim, looking graceful
Free Style, a controlled drowning
Frog Swim, like a washing machine

Yet to re-learn Dolphin Swim which i plan from July onwards !

After this entire aquatic adventure, I proudly emerged from the pool... only to realize that my hair had decided to join the chaos.

I dont want to wear a mask and i simply wanted to present my hair the way it is after a 2 hour swim !
Full frizz mode activated. Static, chaos, and defiance all rolled into one fabulous disaster.

And to make matters worse — my precious hair cream is over.
FINISHED. GONE.
All I have left now is hope, prayers.

You are the only one who can take away your self respect - No one else can.

The phrase 'self-respect starts with self' underscores that authentic self-respect arises from within—rooted in your own values, choices, and actions—rather than being contingent on external validation.

Yet, there are moments when the world asks us to compromise them, to bend ourselves for acceptance or approval. When faced with the choice, we can either lower our standards to please others and feel the sting of self-betrayal, or we can choose to let go of what doesn't align with our core.

What happens when you decide to lower your standards and put on a mask ?
How long will you put on the Mask ?

And when the mask finally slips, you realize—it's not just the mask that’s fallen, but also the respect you once felt from others.

Many wear a mask just long enough to win someone's desire—only to reveal their true self once the moment is won. What began as attraction turns into pressure: a push to conform, to adopt values that were never part of the original connection.

Many people do not reveal their true self because they are afraid that society may not like their TRUE SELF. Or may be they have cheated many people and do not want to face their soul ?

When you put on a mask to get someone's love ;
That’s not love.
That’s manipulation.
That’s betrayal.

When you cheat yourself to play a role, you end up cheating everyone around you.
Authenticity is the root of self respect.

True connection happens when souls align, not just bodies.
But when one lowers their standards and wear a mask, both suffer. Love becomes heavy, and respect fades into resistance.

If you're feeling a loss of self-respect, pause—maybe it's not them.
Maybe it's the moment your own mask slipped.

There is a deeper bias hidden in our culture. Society has long revered the sanctity of a woman’s body — and rightly so. But somewhere in this reverence, it has often forgotten to honour the sacredness of a man’s body. This imbalance, at times, becomes a tool — misused, misunderstood, and manipulated. But true equality makes no such distinctions.

In that moment in 2018 when my career was being damaged - I stood at a crossroads:
I could have lowered my standards… worn a mask… pretended to be someone I’m not.
Or I could walk away—with my dignity intact.

That opportunity—to wear the mask, to become someone I’m not—keeps showing up, again and again.
And all of you have seen it. You’ve been silent witnesses to these moments.

But my choice remains the same: I choose to let go.
And that decision, rooted in self-respect and truth, will never change in this lifetime.

It's a gentle yet powerful reminder: staying true to ourselves is the highest form of respect we can offer—not just to ourselves, but to the world around us.

Respect is never something to be fought for; it is something that naturally flows when two beings see the self in one another.

If that mirror is missing, it is not rejection — it is redirection.

Be Yourself ! DEI Enthu.....

"For now, let me dash to Health & Glow for my hair care cream — before Miss Universe composes a ballad for me. Judging by her hair, she hasn’t seen shampoo in over 10 days!
Meanwhile, DEI rules say we can’t even whisper a word back... or the Godfathers will rise from the underground! 😂"

Happy weekend to all of you !
