Ever wondered how you can apply Nash Equilibrium, the foundation of Game Theory, to real life?
All these AI and ML algorithms are essentially the same processes our brains use in real life. We're now simply asking machines to apply these methods to data—that’s all.
And the great minds of the past have already discovered and understood these principles!
Meet the genius behind Nash Equilibrium and the mastermind of Game Theory, the revolutionary concept powering modern AI!
Adam Smith - The Father of Modern Economics proved that - Individual Ambitions serves the Common Goal. Every Man for Himself !
He proved that Adam Smith is wrong inside the Bar !
Here’s the thing: for Nash Equilibrium and Game Theory to actually work in society, you can’t just treat everyone like they’re carbon copies of each other. People have wildly different mindsets, preferences, and, let’s be honest, levels of chaos. You need to group them into teams ; You can arrive at Nash Equilibrium only in a group which has similar mindset. Without segmentation, applying these concepts universally is like trying to use one dating app bio to woo everyone on the planet.
Ah, so now you know why your prediction flopped harder ?
If your AI Model does not have accuracy ; group the customers into segments and then predict for each segment. That is what is called Game Theory in AI founded by John Nash.
When you stand by the seaside, watching gulls squabble endlessly over a single French fry or a bread crust, think to yourself, "How they quarrel over such trivial things!" Have you noticed how often people behave like those gulls, locked in petty conflicts within their own narrow perspectives? If only they could rise above, they would discover the boundless riches waiting for them beyond such small-minded squabbles. I experienced this since 2017 through 2024 ;
The Nash Equilibrium didn’t stand a chance.
The result? I’m an outcast—and honestly, I’m fine with it. I refuse to conform.
I, too, invited misery into my life by holding onto resentment towards the "seagulls" who tried to tarnish my career and personal reputation. My inability to forgive them kept me trapped in a cycle of pain. But then, someone I had wrongfully accused responded with compassion instead of vengeance. In that moment, I experienced the profound truth of Tat Tvam Asi—recognizing the unity between us all.
My frustrations with a system that seemed to stifle my career growth unless I compromised my values and sleep with them began to fade. Instead of dwelling on the injustice, I chose to forge my own path. I started crossing the river of challenges on my own terms, and now, I stand on the other side, having completely transcended that system. It taught me the power of forgiveness and opened the door to a higher equilibrium, one rooted in understanding, compassion, and harmony.
In the game of love, everyone’s looking for their own Nash Equilibrium—a state where no one wants to switch strategies because they’re already winning. Sounds dreamy, right?
Looking forward to Interaction ! Nash Equilibrium can stand a chance ! I don’t belong with the seagulls; I’m patiently waiting to find my fellow swan.
Remember, finding your Nash Equilibrium is less about strategy and more about finding someone whose mindset matches yours.
Happy Christmas !
