Vulnerability (DARE TO BE) - Part 2

When confronted with vulnerability, a woman’s instinct might be to seek shelter behind protective barriers, often relying on a man for protection.

Embracing Vulnerability will help a woman become VIGILANT of  her own Vulnerable areas which could be exploited by Men. This Increased SELF-AWARENESS can assist her in identifying and responding to potential threats more effectively.

Self Defense = Self Awareness of our own Vulnerable Areas
Self Defense = Embrace Vulnerability

Vulnerability is the secret behind SELF-DEFENSE for any woman !
Women who have not embraced their vulnerability often rely on men for protection because they lack self-awareness of their own vulnerable areas. Ex. Skin with a Storm. The TOKEN who is representing DEI !
The connection between martial arts and vulnerability, highlights the importance of self-awareness of the vulnerable areas for the preparation in self-defense.

Embracing Vulnerability is like learning Kung Fu or Karate !
I have attended a few Kung Fu Free Sessions as well from Chinese Temples during my time in Japan and Singapore.

Based on my understanding Kung Fu is based on Tai-Chi.
Tai-Chi focuses on using the opponent's FORCE against the OPPONENT.
The relationship between martial arts and vulnerability is profound.

To effectively use an enemy's force against them, you must understand the potential angles and methods of attack. By recognizing where and how you are vulnerable, you can better prepare for self-defense and protection.
