Equilibrium Level = BLISS.
Resilience help you arrive at EQUILIBRIUM LEVEL - BLISS.
One must learn to become RESILIENT to overcome body pain.

As per Jainism the heat of Sunlight will relieve Human Beings from any Body Pain.
The best way to detoxify your body is sitting in the sunlight for hours.
