How to build A Growth Mindset ?

PASSION fuels RESILIENCE !
RESILIENCE fuels GROWTH MINDSET !

Amidst the economic downturn, where layoffs are prevalent, have you ever pondered over the MOTIVATION behind individuals in START UPS to work tirelessly for months without SALARY ?
The underlying reason lies in their UNWAVERING PASSION for their work and their dedication to the VISION they believe in. 





Despite not receiving my salary for 5 months and falling behind on my home loan payments for more than 3 months ; I have not GIVEN UP on my PASSION.





While PASSION is certainly the FUEL MOTIVATION ; Its only one piece of the puzzle. Growth Mindset encompasses a broader spectrum of ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR ; its about cultivating RESILIENCE that embraces challenges, persists through obstacles, and values LEARNING AND PROFESSIONAL  DEVELOPMENT.






Take a test to assess and validate the presence of a growth mindset within your organization.
Lets assume you have 5000  engineers providing business outcomes.
Now consider this ?
How many of your employees would willingly contribute to their skills and efforts without compensation for just 2 MONTHS ?

Suppose out of 5000 employees, only 100 are willing to work without PAY ; 
Calculating the percentage of  A GROWTH MINDSET in your organization = 100 / 5000 = 2%
This indicates that your organization culture currently reflects a 2% GROWTH MINDSET and a PREDOMINANTLY  98% FIXED MINDSET - NORMAL WHO FIT IN WITH EVERYBODY ELSE.





Only failures play the VICTIM CARD ; I dont even consider myself as a FAILURE.
The 98% might consider me as a FAILURE. 
But i consider the 98% as a FAILURE.
I just dont FIT IN - Thats my Problem. 





In a company that employs 5000 engineers you may fall in love multiple times.
Let me share my personal experience.
Back in 2016 i found myself smitten with a story teller based in Bangalore office. We enjoyed lunches and dinners, fostering a connection. However before our relationship could blossom, he departed from the company in June 2017. Presented with two potential choices - I found myself drawn to the allure of Singapore rejecting Delhi. AND,  That was the END OF MY CAREER in the system.
Everybody in the system had the right to LOVE their Job ; But i was an EXCLUSION !









According to NASSCOM ; Bangalore boasts over 7000-10000 START UPS ; Making it A GLOBAL START UP HUB accounting to 20% India's overall startup activity.
Passion fuels INNOVATION and drives success, making Bangalore the beacon of Entrepreneurial Spirit and world's GLOBAL ANALYTICS HUB.
Since last year, over half the individuals contributing to the success of these startups have been doing so without compensation.

I cant FIT in ! While i acknowledge the presence of a CHOICE to fit in ; MASKING MY TRUE SELF is very exhausting.

I cherish AUTHENTICITY above all else !





Everybody in the world has the right to LOVE THEIR JOB ! Iam not an EXCLUSION !
The place where i dont have the RIGHT TO LOVE MY JOB is not a SAFE PLACE FOR ME !
