Ma Zu Miao - 横濱媽祖廟

There are many places i have travelled ; each with its own experience and iam yet to articulate my Journey !

Tao = Path ; Taoism is a philosophy from China.

Ma Zu also called as Matsu = Goddess of South China Sea!

Miao = Group of Folk People from South China who worship Ma Zu.

Taoist Temples are called as Miao Temples !

I explored Ma Zu and Qi in Taoist Temples during my time in Singapore ; But the pictures i have put up depict the scenes from the largest China town of Asia located in Japan at a place called Yokohama !

Yes ; The world's largest China Town is located in Yokohama - Japan !

The center of attraction of Taoist temples is Qi
Qi pronounced as "Chi" in Chinese !
Qi = Energy = Life Force and it is a combination of Yin and Yang !
Qi = An interplay between Yin and Yang Energies within oneself seeking BALANCE !

Red Colour represents the Unity and Balance of Yin and Yang !
