A component of the scarcity mindset involves perceiving the successes of others as one's own PERSONAL LOSS operating on a belief that others achievements can diminish one's own share of opportunity.
Iam not sure where the notion originated, but there appears to be an UNSPOKEN IDEA that if someone else is succeeding, it implies your FAILURE. However this is far from TRUTH !
There isn't a genuine competition between you and the person next to you ; THE TRUE COMPETITION lies within yourself !
Abundance Mindset = SELF-LESS ACTION.
Let me give you all a powerful example that illustrates SCARCITY MINDSET ; Can you guess time or place where i might have encountered with it ?
Back in Japan i wanted to date an American Boy ; we shared a few lunches together and we finally fixed a date which never happened. The American women (country changed) in our own group who was married and who also had an extra marital affair with another man secretly followed me and the American boy and she ensured that the DATE WAS BROKEN.
This was a CULTURE SHOCK for me !
Later i understood that this was a TYPICAL DESPERATE SCARCITY MINDSET which every American have by birth.
Perfectionism creates a SCARCITY MINDSET inside a woman which makes her INSECURE and JEALOUS. SHE IS NEVER SATISFIED.
In the realm of relationships and intimacy, a scarcity mindset may surface as feelings of insecurity or a sense of competition with others for romantic partners. Those affected may sense a need to actively compete for the affection of potential partners, driven by a belief of limited opportunities.
Scarcity mindset stems from factors like LOW SELF ESTEEM !
There is A CURIOSITY. I have studied in my Business Management Course that only people with ABUNDANCE MINDSET are capable of becoming GREAT LEADERS but many times i was shocked to see several North Indian Leaders carrying a HIGH SCHOOL ATTITUDE AND SCARCITY MINDSET. Obviously i dont see them as GREAT LEADERS. But iam always curious to learn more about such HIGH SCHOOL LEADERS.
Let me give you one such example !
Out of curiosity to learn more about HIGH SCHOOL LEADERS WITH SCARCITY MINDSET i recently checked the social media channel of a CPO and noticed a Lingering high school mentality combined with scarcity mindset.
I encountered a video titled "Who let the Dogs Out" Portraying a female dog (skin with a storm); the leader seems to insinuate that he controls her; referring her as a Loyal Dog and during holidays he PERMITS her and let her go have FUN engaging in sexual activity with who ever she desires; deriving pleasure from his PERCEIVED POWER AND AUTHORITY TO DICTATE HER ACTIONS.
Its not surprising how this leader enjoys ASSERTING HIS DOMINANCE AND CONTROL OVER HER, Even allowing her to chose her partner and he would ensure that who ever she chose sleeps with his loyal dog. Iam quiet fed up of this High School Mentality ; I believe that what is mine will have to naturally find its way to me without having to push and force! Furthermore - I don't believe in winning someone by putting them in TROUBLE!
Iam experiencing FREEDOM now !
The Question - How will i put MY SELF IN TROUBLE limited my FREEDOM.
Now Iam FREE - I have decided not to put anyone in TROUBLE and move out of the way !
But remember - The Morgan Housel (Psychology of Money) is applicable to whom? You or Me? Think about it ? I don't see any difference between cpo, testing asshole or mike tyson. All are the same!
Its striking to observe the perception of the FEMALE (skin with a storm) - associating the CAGE with a SENSE OF SAFETY AND PROTECTION ! THE SITUATION IS BEYOND MY BELIEF.
And then.....They call it WOMEN EMPOWERMENT ...Lol...
By the way these are the qualities of a FEMALE often exploited as TOKENS used to SYMBOLISE DIVERSITY AND EQUALITY, in a MALE DOMINATED CORPORATE SETTINGS.
The primary reason behind TOKENISM IS SCARCITY MINDSET !
When you think you've insulted someone else, in reality, you're diminishing yourself by DISPLAYING SUCH BEHAVIOR ! DONT BE A LOSER !
It is not surprising to see TOKENS insulting REAL WOMEN on WOMEN'S DAY !
Skin with a Storm : How about i share a RECIPE of Success ? I firmly believe that someone else's success doesn't equate to my failure and nor does my success mean someone else has failed. Here is the recipe : Quit the toxic system and you will achieve what you want, unless your focus is on Pseudo Safety (The Cage) ! - Who let the Dogs out ?
Remember its always YOU Vs YOU.
You don't have A COMPETIION.
Someone who approaches his/her personal life with a scarcity mindset might tend to carry the same perspective into corporate world and this is where you see TOKENS speaking on International Women's Day insulting the REAL WOMEN !
Scarcity Mindset is the real cause of TOKENISM.
The Real Women will not show up for work.
