Dekho Aloy (আলোয়) Alo !

Today i want to introduce you all to one of my loved poem written by Rabindranath Tagore !

Dekho Aloy Alo is written by renowned Bengali Poet Rabindranath Tagore.
The Poem explains DEEP CONNECTION between Man and Universe !

Dekho Aloy (আলোয়) Alo = LOOK LIGHT LIGHT 

(আলোয়) = ALOY = LIGHT 

Alo emphasizes the PRESENCE OF LIGHT !

The Poem Dekho Aloy Alo has been beautifully adapted into the song in the Bengali Movie Khaad. Khaad takes on the meaning of RIVER symbolizing the FLOW AND JOURNEY OF LIFE.

The central theme of the poem is the connection  between man and the universe and it reflects on the Interplay between UNIVERSE and HUMAN SOUL.

 

A Personal Journey from Darkness to Light !

The poem reminds me of Richard Bach ILLUSION !

Most of us are living at the bottom of our life (RIVER)  and we are clinging on to the PSEUDO SECURITY ;  For most of us clinging onto the PSEUDO SECURITY IS THE SAFE ZONE.

The reason behind clinging is that you are afraid of doing something outside your comfort zone.

ILLUSION = DARKNESS !

PSEUDO SECURITY is an ILLUSION.

If you are old enough to QUESTION and young enough to SEARCH ; then Illusion will find you.

Illusion is like a MOVIE and is based on TIME.

Basically it is like buying  a movie ticket in order to get caught up and swept away in ILLUSION minute by minute ; you sit in the Theater and enjoy Illusion that requires TIME to be experienced. So you get the ticket and SETTLE DOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RIVER and forget about what is happening outside !

When you let go of this  PSEUDO SECURITY the current of LIFE will throw you TUMBLED AND SMASH YOU  and you will bleed !

Even after bleeding if you BECOME STUBBORN AND REFUSE to CLING  on to PSEUDO SECURITY - THE CURRENT OF LIFE WILL LIFT YOU.

We all should learn to TRUST the CURRENT of  LIFE and let go of the SECURITY and let the CURRENT OF LIFE LIFT US FROM THE BOTTOM..

Let the CURRENT of river lift us from the BOTTOM-DARKNESS to SURFACE-LIGHT !

When you start FLOATING on the SURFACE OF THE RIVER - YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE SKY ! 

SKY = LIGHT !
