A few months ago - I introduced you all to TOKENISM.
What is TOKENISM ?
TOKENISM = KEEP UP PUBLIC APPEARANCES to show SUPPORT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION TO AVOID CRITICISM.
AS PER MIT - Tokenism occurs by DEFAULT.
Women from the Minority Group who love to TRADE and enter into a DEAL WITH MEN are TOKENISED and are presented as a REPRESENTATION OF EQUALITY. This is called Male Dominance.
Such women can be called as SUPER WOMAN and they SUPPORT MALE DOMINANCE.
SUPER WOMAN = STORM WITH A SKIN 


QUESTION : What is MINORITY ? 

What is Normal ! 
Normal = Average !
99.735 IS NORMAL ! 
The Question is - IS NORMAL TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ?




I BELONG TO THE 0.3%.
MYSELF a Single Unmarried Female Virgin ; I never had a Boyfriend nor I have ever KISSED any Man until date. I belong to an under represented group and others in the group are Divorced ; Separated ; Widow.
In Retrospect - Like everybody METOO received  NORMAL OFFERS ; To which when I SAID NO - The Explanation that MEN gave for my NO was the following...
"I SAID NO BECAUSE IAM LOOKING FOR A BETTER DEAL"
"I SAID NO BECAUSE IAM LOOKING FOR A SEXY BODY"
"I SAID NO BECAUSE IAM LOOKING FOR POWER".

I have studied Business Law in my Business Management Course for 7 Years (BBM + MBA + MA).  I have not studied CRIMINAL LAW - I studied only COMPANY LAW AND BUSINESS LAW ; But I could feel how difficult it was for Amitabh to PROVE to the court of law that NO WAS A COMPLETE SENTENCE. 
BECAUSE "NO" DID NOT HAVE LOGICAL REASONS - IT WAS A REFLEX ACTION.




I went in SEARCH of the reason BEHIND NO !




In Pursuit of my SEARCH BEHIND NO - I arrived at TAT-TVAM-ASI.
My Grand Father was a Spiritual Practitioner / Travel guide  who helped thousands of devotees experience Tat-Tvam-Asi on their Journey to Sabarimala Temple.
My Father who took me to Sabarimala Temple when i was 8 ; Taught me TAT-TVAM-ASI.
TAT-TVAM-ASI  = YOU ARE THAT WHICH YOU SEEK !
What iam SEEKING OUTSIDE is already WITHIN ME ?
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ?
THE NO CAME FROM MY UNCONSCIOUS - THAT NO WAS INSIDE ME !





Remember March 08 2022 ; How A REAL WOMAN was insulted and a FAKE WOMAN was presented as a  GODDESS ?  Women themselves have not understood the meaning of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
Women EMPOWERMENT Is not EQUAL To Adopting the Masculine NATURE of a Man ;
Women EMPOWERMENT Is EQUAL To Adopting the Masculine ROLE of a Man ;

What is the meaning of - ADOPT THE MASCULINE ROLE OF A MAN.
Accept the gender roles like BUYING A PROPERTY or BECOME EQUAL TO THE MAN IN YOUR CAREER. POSSIBLE ?. 
I have noticed that a lot of Separated women does not want to DIVORCE - They want ex-Husband's Property. My Question is WHY ? 
Cant you buy a PROPERTY with your HARD EARNED MONEY - For which you might have to GIVE UP YOUR GUCCI ? POSSIBLE?

Tears rolled out of my eyes when i saw that video of the woman who was A PART OF POWER PACKED PANEL on March 08th 2022. That song - Hai Tammana hamein ....
I decided to move out of the way :
If I DONT MOVE OUT OF THE WAY how will I prove that IAM A REAL WOMAN. 
If I DONT MOVE OUT OF THE WAY how will I prove that IAM INNOCENT.






RIGHT ACTION = MOVE OUT OF THE WAY !






The modern society is turning women into a DOMINATING CREATURE that completely EMASCULATES men around them expecting her to GIVE UP HER FEMININE NATURE. 
Women rather than taking up the Masculine ROLE they are adopting the DOMINATING NATURE of a Masculine which SEEMS TO BE WRONG.

Rather than EMPOWERING THEMSELVES such women are found filming their CLEAVAGE and BOOBS and putting it on Instagram. These films will only make you a popular ADULT Star on Instagram. If you love to be a Model prepare your PORTFOLIO and do all the HARDWORK - Follow your DREAMS. Stop shaking your STUFF for someone else's CHEAP THRIL. 
Do you have the courage to throw the  WEALTH of your EX along with him ?
If you dont have that COURAGE then STOP SHOWING YOUR CHEAP THRILL  ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Friends i want to share a Good News with you ; I am joining as an Adjunct Professor at IIM-LUCKNOW ; in Uttar Pradesh and I will be teaching AI / Analytics (Online from Bangalore) to the students of IIM. The first project is for 2 months and 4 Sessions. This is in addition to my FULL TIME JOB.
