Today's topic is Economic Empowerment of Women.

GENDER ROLES does not allow women to ECONOMICALLY EMPOWER herself.
Gender Roles are stereotypes regarding ACTIONS / ATTRIBUTES imposed on MEN and WOMEN based on GENDER. These kind of PRE-CONCEPTIONS are HARMFUL to women empowerment.
Example : Only a MALE can buy PROPERTY ; Women cannot BUY PROPERTY.
While not all men and women are abided by these stereotypes majority of them did and as a result women are still unable to contribute to THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT is a goal that I as a woman believe in WHOLE HEARTEDLY  ; as it is one that seems to be particularly relevant to woman empowerment.
Ownership of property is widely recognized as a FACTOR TO EMPOWER WOMEN.
SELF - ASSURANCE = TAKING CARE OF ONE'S OWN ECONOMIC WELL BEING.

Women EMPOWERMENT Is not EQUAL To Adopting the Masculine NATURE of a Man ;
Women EMPOWERMENT Is EQUAL To Adopting the Masculine ROLE of a Man ;

CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE ?
Let me explain the DIFFERENCE that I have explained in my previous post once again !
Within the Masculine Nature there are 2 OPPOSITE - DARK and LIGHT ENERGIES ;
LIGHT ENERGY = POWER / LOGIC.
DARK ENERGY = DOMINANCE.
Within the Feminine Nature there are 2 OPPOSITES - DARK and LIGHT ENERGIES ;
LIGHT ENERGY = SYMPATHY / EMPATHY / INTUITION / IMAGINATION AND COMPASSION.
DARK ENERGY = SUBMISSION.

The modern society is turning women into a DOMINATING CREATURE that completely EMASCULATES men around them expecting her to GIVE UP HER FEMININE NATURE. 
Women rather than taking up the Masculine ROLE they are adopting the DOMINATING NATURE of a Masculine which SEEMS TO BE WRONG.

A lot of woman correlate their ECONOMIC SELF-WORTH with the BRANDS like GUCCI / ZARA.
This is called COMMODIFICATION OF SELF.

Have you ever wondered ?
How many of these women who are commodifying their SELF with luxury brands are BETTING on their Father's Property ?
How many of these women who are commodifying their SELF with luxury brands  are BETTING on their HUSBAND's Property ?
How many of these women who are commodifying their SELF with luxury brands  are BETTING  on their EX-HUSBAND's Property after Separation and even Divorce ?





Empowerment of women = Economic Empowerment of women.
The index of how many well educated women own properties will tell you the real story of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. 
Rest all is a FAKE GUCCI STORY ! SO TRUE ! 




For Economic Empowerment a woman does not have to work for 15 Hours a Day.
During  my life in abroad perhaps also in India in the last 18 years  I have encountered with many women from different companies and industries who worked for 16 hours/day (LABOUR) and they not only got PROMOTION AND INCREMENT - Some also get Qualified to sleep with their Boss. 
I call them OFFICE WIFE. This is LABOUR and what you receive here is not FRUITS - IT IS FULFILLMENT OF WEALTH AND SEXUAL DESIRES.
Labour can only fulfill Material Desires (Money ; Sex etc.) ; Labour cannot give Fruits.

I don't believe in LABOUR.
I don't believe in Working for more than 9-10 Hours a DAY !




Even as per Bhagavadgita - only RIGHT ACTIONS give FRUITS.
However our duty is only to perform RIGHT ACTION and not for the FRUITS thereof.
On the path to ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY every woman should remember this.




In my family Iam the first women to purchase a property by MYSELF.
The Property that  I purchased in Bangalore in the year 2011 on Home Loan for 42 Lakhs Indian Rupees VALUES Rupees 1 Crore today and in the next 2-3 years it will exponentially increase as it is on the Bangalore International Airport Road. I have overcome the GENDER STEREOTYPE that only a MALE CAN BUY A PROPERTY. My biggest strength today is my ECONOMIC WELL BEING.

On the path of ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY another thing that a woman has to remember is :
CONFIDENCE IS NOT EQUAL TO COMPETENCE !

When I was in college I always missed Computer Science Class along with my friend for movies ; we were not PASSIONATE about CODING and even today if iam assigned to any role that requires me to CODE - I would confidently claim that - Iam not so CONFIDENT about this role as iam NOT PASSIONATE about CODING.





SUPER POWER IS NOT EQUAL TO SKILLS/COMPETENCE.
SUPER POWER IS NOT EQUAL TO CONFIDENCE.
SUPER POWER = BE TRUE TO YOUR SELF.
CONFIDENCE IS NOT EQUAL TO COMPETENCE !

TRUTH IS THE ONLY SUPER POWER - THERE IS NOTHING THAT IS MORE POWERFUL THAN TRUTH !

If  a leader is high on NARCISSM / EGO  you might not get a PASS ON THE COMPETENCE FACTOR by being TRUE ; But Some day they will HAVE TO EVOLVE. Nobody can escape EVOLUTION.
The Narcist is capable of treating a Labour Woman as Goddess and treating an Economically Independent Woman as Prostitute ; This is because it is easy to get the first woman on Bed for himself or for any other man however it is impossible for him to get the second woman on bed who is economically independent either for himself or for another man. 

Friday Musings :
I don't believe that BY adopting the Dominating nature of a man I can empower myself as a woman.
I believe that BY adopting the masculine role of  a Man I can become Economically Empowered.
As a woman I want to experience both my LIGHT / DARK ENERGIES and OPTIMISE MY FEMININE NATURE.

Iam wearing a Top that is a Local Brand that I purchased for 1200 Rupees.
However I wear Original Cosmetics (Maybelline) which are more expensive than my clothes.
My real expensive brand ; THE SUPER POWER ; THE TRUTH is in my THROAT. Iam the Coach and Change Maker ; SO TRUE.
SUPER POWER = BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF.
I have to get my Home Painted and sometimes I filter my photo to cover the patches on the walls of the room. I don't filter my Photos to hide the colour of my skin.

CONFIDENCE IS NOT EQUAL TO COMPETENCE !







I have lived in the ECONOMICALLY RICHEST CITY of the world (Tokyo) and once upon a time I was buying only LUXURY BRANDS from the WORLD'S RICHEST SHOPPING CENTRE - GINZA.
I always believed that MY SELF ECONOMIC WORTH was more than THE BRAND CALLED PRADA.
