Today iam going to talk about LAY-OFF's and COST CUTTING STRATEGIES OF CORPORATE.
Lay-Off is the HASHTAG of 2023. One of the my friend was recently LAID-OFF from GOOGLE.
Twitter / Meta / Google / Amazon are all leaving people WOUNDED.
LAY-OFF's happen when COST-CUTTING becomes UNAVOIDABLE.
Lay-Off's leave people with SELF-DOUBT AND ANGER.
I want to raise the SELF-WORTH of those who were laid-off ; let me come up with an explanation about "What Kind of People are not LAID OFF"?
We all know that Nobody in this world is PERFECT - Then how is that only some people are
Laid-Off ? The people who are not laid-off are the ones who SUCK - UP the ASS of the BOSS boosting his/her EGO. Alternatively the organization will not leave someone who is willing to do LABOUR (Work for 20 hours a Day).
What i have observed in my career in the last 18+ years - "Most of the people are clinging onto the PSEUDO SECURITY". PSEUDO SECURITY = JOB SECURITY.
Sucking up is fueled by a "A deep rooted In-Security" and it has nothing to do with one's SKILLS.
LABOUR DOES NOT HAVE A CLASS. If you are truly confident then you dont need to OVER COMPENSATE BY WORKING BEYOND 10 HOURS A DAY.
ASS-KISSING is not related to ONE'S SKILLS / ABILITIES and it is mostly related to DEEP ROOTED JOB SECURITY.
I REPEAT - PSEUDO SECURITY = JOB SECURITY.
I REPEAT - PSEUDO SECURITY = JOB SECURITY.
People who SUCK UP their BOSSES are RETAINED and people who deny SUCKING UP are LAID-OFF.
Recently one of my Family members from IIM was asked by his employer to go for a short visit to US - which he rejected. The IT Companies are sending their employees to US and are terminating them from US to avoid any legal hassles. The New lay-off strategy followed by IT Companies for LAY--OFF's - Sending employees to another country and Lay them off from that country.
LAY-OFF DOES NOT HAVE ANY RELATION WITH THE EDUCATION ; SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF A PERSON.
We all should learn to TRUST the CURRENT of LIFE and let go of the PSEUDO SECURITY and let the CURRENT OF LIFE LIFT US FROM THE BOTTOM. TRUE CONFIDENCE = To keep up with the HUMBLE HUSTLE and compete with PREVIOUS VERSION of YOURSELF !
You will gain the capacity to let go of the PESUDO SECURITY only if you are TRUE to yourself.Your only OBLIGATION in this LIFE is to be TRUE to yourself.
I have been committed to this CRAFT since last 18 years - The current of LIFE threw me TUMBLED AND SMASHED ME many times in the last 18 years - I ended up BLEEDING - Even after bleeding I REFUSED to CLING on to PSEUDO SECURITY. I NEVER SUCKED UP ANYONE.
TODAY THE CURRENT OF LIFE HAS LIFTED ME UP TO THE SURFACE.
I Resigned from my Job early this week - I knew i would otherwise be LAID-OFF.
Last year in 2022 August i had 2 Job Offers - 2 Roads in front of me !
1. The first Road that is most traveled by Symbolizes - DEAD HABIT ; THE ROAD MOST TRAVELED BY.
ROAD 1 - I HAD A SALARIED JOB IN HAND.
2. The other Road is THE ROAD NOT TAKEN (the road less traveled) Symbolizes - FREEDOM/FREEWILL. People who are creative take the road less traveled by.
THE OTHER ROAD : I had a job of a Co-Founder from a Bangalore Based E-commerce company for ZERO SALARY and only profits.
I TOOK THE ROAD THAT WAS TAKEN BY EVERYBODY - SALARIED JOB - The reason being my Home Loan and Personal Loan.
LIFE has ONCE AGAIN SMASHED ME / TUMBLED ME and it has brought me to the SAME POINT ONCE AGAIN. I have started applying for Jobs with ZERO SALARY and only PROFITS.
I have NOW decided to chose the ROAD NOT TAKEN.
I HAVE DECIDED TO BE MY OWN BOSS - THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT LIFE WANTS FROM ME !
Iam TIRED of CLINGING ONTO SALARIED JOB.
If I have NEVER CLINGED onto PSEUDO SECURITY by SUCKING UP ANYBODY''S ASS - THEN WHY SHOULD I CLING TO SALARIED JOB ?
I Want to LET GO of SALARIED JOBS AND BE MY OWN BOSS.
BRING ON THE DISSENTER AND STAND FOR YOUR AUTHENTICITY.
Fake Mask we put on will only ATTRACT FAKE PEOPLE ! Everything around you will become FAKE if you are NOT TRUE to yourself.
Stay safe and this too shall PASS !
To all BUTTERFLIES -THE ONES WHO WERE LAID OFF - IT IS WE WHO HAVE TO CHANGE THE WORLD !

During hard times - when a LEADER of an organization lays off his team to protect his own DISPROPORTIONATE SALARY AND BONUS he is VIOLATING THE VERY DEFINITION OF LEADERSHIP. These are the leaders who are clinging themselves onto MATERIAL WEALTH.

THINK ABOUT THE JOURNEY OF MILITARY MEN WHO HAVE UNCLINGED THEMSELVES FROM THE PSEUDO SECURITY CALLED DEATH. LIFE IS DEMANDING YOU TO ONLY UNCLING YOURSELF FROM THE PSEUDO SECURITY CALLED SALARY.
Life will throw 2 Roads in front of you.
One road will offer you SALARY - It will demand you to cling onto JOB-SECURITY and another Road will ask you to uncling yourself from SALARY.
Whenever you come across this situation think about MILITARY MEN.
These Men uncling themselves from the PSEUDO SECURITY CALLED - DEATH in their JOURNEY
