CORPORATE TOKENISM is related to INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY !

What is TOKENISM ?
If an organization is not genuine in its DIVERSITY GOALS - Efforts will lead to TOKENISM.
TOKENISM = KEEP UP PUBLIC APPEARANCES to show SUPPORT TO DIVERSITY TO AVOID CRITICISM.

THE PINK SPIRIT DAY is to celebrate women's success and struggles ; However the TOKENISM has nearly killed the SPIRIT OF PINK COLOUR.

Who is that WOMEN TOKEN ?
A DIVORCEE or A SEPARATED. SO TRUE ; SO AGREE ?
The organization that does not implement INCLUSION ; organizations which are silencing genuine sexual harassment cases are the ones who promote these so called LESS SKILLED AND LESS TALENTED TOKENS. They are offered with International Assignments only to meet DIVERSITY TARGET.
TOKEN = TICK BOXES TO FIX THE DIVERSITY QUOTA and on the other side they push the genuine sexual harassment cases UNDER THE CARPET.
More than 50% of women who talk about WOMEN EMPOWERMENT on MARCH 8TH are WOMEN TOKENS. (Applicable to IT Industry)

TOKENISM is a SYMBOLIC EFFORT to INCREASE DIVERSITY.
In other words it is all about INCLUDING UNDER REPRESENTED TOKENS to talk about WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. 

If you are blessed you will get a chance to see THESE STORM WITH A SKIN WOMEN Lol..
SO AGREE SO TRUE !
These TOKENS will now talk about WOMEN EMPOWERMENT !
IT IS THE DEATH OF THE INNOCENCE OF THE PINK COLOUR.

SO AGREE ! SO TRUE !





PASSION ACTION AND NOBLE INTENTIONS can help us remove those parts of OURSELVES that is not aligned with SOUL.

Since it was very difficult to find  a Groom for a female who was born into a sex worker family - her mother fixed her marriage with a wealthy landlord ; after the marriage she ran away from her husband's house and pursued a career in music later remarried to a man from the music field.

The song is not only played inside the temple ; most of the South Indian families wake up in the morning listening to her DIVINE VOICE !
