Today we will explore Mandalasana / Chakrasana / Urdhva Dhanurasana.
It is called Wheel Pose in English.
Chakra = Wheel
Urdhva = Upward
Dhanu = Bow
Asana = Pose
Urdhva Dhanurasana = UPWARD FACING BOW = UPWARD FACING WHEEL if you can read in-between lines.
Chakrasana = WHEEL POSE

I dont have to explain what Mandala is.
Mandala Pose has the power to activate and open the first 5 Chakras from below which is located on the spinal cord. (Chakra = Energy Centers).
THE SELF DEFENSE POSE ; Take charge of SPINAL CORD.
Last 3 days i was suffering from back pain. This was the first time i encountered with back pain. I tried Mandala pose for 20 times yesterday and today morning i had been to the washroom for 5 times.
There was EXCESS AIR in the body which caused back pain ; It was all cleansed.
Now iam perfectly fit and fine and decided to introduce you all to this precious Asana.
I learnt this Asana on my own. Early 2019 i stopped Yoga classes because i was already into performing arts - Bharatanatyam which itself was Yoga. However i learnt this Asana in 10 minutes which i myself cannot believe.
Activate the SPINAL ENERGY !
The lower energy centers are INSTINCTUAL by nature.
When you move the spinal cord upwards - You are now no longer a VICTIM of lower energy centers which is a THREAT to SELF.

By accepting and expressing the GENUINE NEGATIVE HUMAN BEHAVIOR ; Self now is above the 7 Human Energy Centers.
Positivity = Accepting and Expressing Genuine Human Behavior that is both POSITIVE and NEGATIVE.
The 7 Energy centers represents the Seven Rounds which Goddess Shakti took along with Lord Shiva.
These steps are called as SA ; RI ; GA ; MA ; PA ; DA ; NI.

Iam going to demonstrate how to perform Mandala Asana / Chakrasana.
But those who are suffering from any kind of health issues - please watch the video first before you imitate my steps demonstrated in the video.

In the second clip after Mandalasana iam coming back to equilibrium at a slow pace.
You can chose the pace based on your health condition.
Ideally this Yogasana should be performed on the GROUND - EARTH.
Since my flooring is MARBLE i am doing it on Bed to avoid any Injury.
