What is BEYOND MASK ?
Unconscious Mind : What is your PASSION with respect to your career ?
Conscious Mind : Business Analytics ; i started my career as BUSINESS ANALYST ! Of course everybody knows and it is a given fact that i have also run more than a million statistical models on Automated Environment which required no CODING!
Unconscious Mind : Every profession has its own MASK and when you are in that profession you will have to wear that mask ! It is not MASK OF PERFECTION ! It is a mask a person is expected to wear in that professional environment. Example ; In the absence of BI/Analytics Leader you wore the MASK of BI/Analytics Leader and you were also very successful wearing that MASK.
When you did not have a statistical modeler in the team ; you stepped in and ran the model by yourself wearing the mask of statistical modeler. All these are Masks.
You cannot avoid wearing MASK. Masks are a way of dealing and adapting with environment.
Conscious Mind : I was successful playing the mask of a Leader also i was successful playing the mask of a statistical modeler.
Unconscious Mind : You focused on PASSION ! You understood your own IMPERFECTION (Lack of coding) and you also understood the IMPERFECTION of the team (Business and Client engagement). You attempted to fill each other's GAP ; there by you became a popular Leader in 1.5 years time.
You know that you are wearing a mask to meet certain expectations of the society however you were STILL CHASING PASSION !
CHASING PASSION = CHASING WHOLENESS !
Your MASK and also your SELF both were CHASING PASSION !
YES - BEYOND THE MASK IS THE SELF !
When you chase passion ; there is hardly any difference between SELF and MASK !
We all have to wear MASK to fit into SOCIETY !
However only a SPIRITUAL PERSON will be in a position to play the MASK with utmost INTEGRITY.
Unconscious Mind : A Materialistic person will put on the MASK of PERFECTION but what is beyond mask is IMPERFECTION ; And when you are not READY to accept IMPERFECTION ; That is when you become a THIEF or a PROSTITUTE.
CHASING PERFECTION = PERFORMING A TASK WHICH IS NOT YOUR PASSION ; CHASING WEALTH AND POWER !
When you chase perfection ; there is a GAP between SELF and MASK !
SELF is aiming for WHOLENESS/PASSION and MASK is chasing PERFECTION ! An IMPOSTER SYNDROME is born !
One should never wear the MASK OF PERFECTION !
In my 15 years of career i never wore the MASK OF PERFECTION hence i have NEVER encountered with the feeling of Imposter Syndrome !
I ensured that SELF is chasing PASSION and MASK is also chasing PASSION !
I have rejected many ROLES in the past which was not aligned with my PASSION ; It has nothing to do with my skills and capabilities. STOP BULLYING WOMEN by correlating her decision of REJECTING A ROLE WITH HER SKILLS ! BE HUMAN !
Role was MORALLY DEFICIENT !
A women who chase perfection is a PROSTITUTE ; such women are more likely to become victims of Imposter Syndrome - FEAR OF BEING EXPOSED SOMEDAY !
Unconscious Mind : Do you know what is TOXIC POSITIVITY ?
More than 50 % of women in America wear the MASK OF PERFECTION ! They dont even know that they are playing the PROSTITUTE !
But they dont want to be called as a DRAG QUEEN ; They have 2 choices ;
ACCEPT THAT THEY ARE IMPERFECT AND BE HONEST (Or)
PRETEND LIKE EVERYTHING IS GOING GREAT !
Unconscious Mind : Most of the American women chose to Pretending that everything is going great. They dont want to accept that at some point in life they have played the prostitute.
In this attempt they are PREVENTING WOMEN from the FEELING OF IMPOSTER SYNDROME. This is TOXIC POSITIVITY !
POSITIVITY that is used to COVER UP THE GENUINE HUMAN EXPERIENCE !
A lot of american women who wear the mask of perfection are preventing women from the feeling of IMPOSTER SYNDROME! THIS IS A CRIME!
Women overcoming the BELIEF that they are not GOOD ENOUGH should not be a part of BREAK THE BIAS!
Preventing the Imposter Syndrome is a kind of TOXIC POSITIVITY used by American women to convince themselves that they are RIGHT !
When positivity is used to cover up the NEGATIVE human experience it becomes TOXIC. By disallowing the existence of certain feelings you fall into the state of DENIAL AND REPRESSED EMOTIONS.
If a women feels that SHE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH - They should be encouraged to NOT OVERCOME the BELIEF that they are not GOOD ENOUGH !
FEELING OF NOT GOOD ENOUGH ATTITUDE BY MEN AND WOMEN IS A SIGN OF PERSONALITY AND SELF DEVELOPMENT. IT SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED.
THE TRUTH IS HUMAN BEINGS ARE FLAWED AND NOT PERFECT ; Sometimes life can SUCK ; but by pretending that we are POSITIVE VIBES ALL DAY ; we deny the validity of GENUINE HUMAN EXPERIENCE ! THERE YOU GO AND PLAY THE PROSTITUTE.
If WOMEN are IMPERFECT in some areas they should be taught to ACCEPT THE NEGATIVE HUMAN EXPERIENCE AND ACCEPT THEIR IMPERFECTION ! This is the only way to BREAK THE BIAS ! Same holds good for MEN !
To all those men and women who are suffering from Imposter Syndrome and
To all those men and women who are fixing the Imposter Syndrome with the help of Toxic Positivity.
Here is my message !
POSITIVITY = Accepting all GENUINE HUMAN EXPERIENCES weather POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.
My dear followers - we all have ANIMAL ANCESTRY. If we dont ACCEPT THE NEGATIVE FEELINGS ; we will put on the MASK OF AN ANIMAL in our behavior !
WE CANT BE FLAWLESS - This is the ABSOLUTE REALITY !
PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES AS GENUINE HUMAN BEHAVIOR - WE ARE NOT GOD !
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF BREAK THE BIAS !
IF ANY WOMEN CLAIMS THAT SHE IS UNCOMFORTABLE PLAYING A NEW ROLE THAT IS ASSIGNED TO HER - YOU SHOULD ACCEPT IT AND RESPECT HER CHOICE !
YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO TERMINATE HER !
