Today we will explore PAZHAM PORI - RIPE PLANTAIN FRITTERS.
Pazham Pori is a beauty !
Peel the skin of the Plantain.
Slice the Plantain into finger length pieces.
You can make 6 pieces with one Plantain.
Add 3/4th cup of water to 1/2 cup Maida ; add sugar ; cardamom ; sesame and 1/2 table spoon turmeric powder to form a batter.
The more sweet the Plantain is - The less sugar you need.
Dip the plantain slices in sweetened floor and then deep fry them in coconut oil.
Pazham Pori !
Its not PARAM PORI - ITS PAZHAM PORI.
Its not RA its ZHA....
If you cannot pronounce PAZHAM PORI than follow SWIGGY UNCLE'S TRICK.
In order to pronouce pazham pori accurately - put a piece of pazham pori inside your mouth and then say PAZHAM PORI while the snack is still inside your mouth.
