Today we will explore Kavuthuvam / Kauthuvam ; the fourth item of Bharatanatyam Margam Syllabus.
Kauthuvam is "A DANCE ALONG WITH GOD !"
Kauthuvam's are dedicated to Gods and Goddess that are taken out for PROCESSION.
"Kauthuka Bimbam / Utsava Bimbam" refers to the name of the Deity that is taken out of the temple for the PROCESSION.
Kauthukam means Curiosity / Delight / Novelty / Spirit of Inquiry.
Bimbam means REFLECTION.
Metaphorically it means that the God taken out of the temple is the REFLECTION of the God sitting inside the temple sanctum.
Kauthuvam is a dance item that is dedicated to THE REFLECTION OF GOD called "Kauthuka Bimbam".
In my previous post i had mentioned that there is only ONE ENERGY and ONE CONSCIOUSNESS.
People with low level of consciousness will not be able to balance their energy.
People with low level of consciousness will not be able to balance their energy.
People with high level of consciousness are able to better balance their energy.
What is ENERGY BALANCE?
E = Your Energy.
M = Mass = Matter that represents Material.
C^2 = LIGHT * LIGHT.
There are 7 energy centers in our body.
Emotions will help us EXPRESS our ENERGY to the world in 9 WAYS (NAVARASA).
EMOTIONS ARE BRAIN WAVES.
EMOTIONS ARE ENERGY IN MOTION.
There are 9 kinds of EMOTIONAL WAVES.
These energy waves vary in shape and intensity like ocean waves.
Their nature is to ARISE and PASS AWAY like all other natural phenomena.
These waves have UPS and DOWNS as seen below.
ENERGY BALANCE means not to get caught up in the NATURAL UPS AND DOWNS.
Just like ocean waves - we should FLOAT on EMOTIONS like a SURFBOARD on TIDES.
How can we do this?
The frequency of your energy describes the NUMBER OF WAVES that pass a FIXED PLACE at a GIVEN TIME. This makes up your VIBRATION.
Your VIBRATION is your ENERGY IMPRINT.
Example :
HIGH FREQUENCY = HIGH VIBRATION
LOW FREQUENCY = LOW VIBRATION
Human Beings have the POWER to change the FREQUENCY.
You can BALANCE EMOTIONS by changing the frequency of your energy waves.
The frequency of your Energy can be changed to match the REALITY that you want to SEE.

EXAMPLES :
The ENERGY WAVE of a materialistic individual/group :
"I want to accumulate all the POWER hence i want to ensure that all 120 resources report to me. I dont care about my team member ; let her work for 14 hours late night without any resources and i dont care about her safety either. I dont care about this cancer patient ; let him work until 14 hours".
This is a LOW FREQUENCY / LOW VIBRATION WAVE because you are thinking only about YOURSELF and you are identifying yourself only with Sex/Power/Survival.
In this case it is MORE OF POWER.
This is a LOW FREQUENCY ENERGY WAVE and it looks like this.
In this above wave ; ENERGY = MASS = MATTER.
C = LIGHT IS VERY VERY LOW.
Energy wave of an individual/group who have high conscioussness :
"I dont want so many resources at the cost of my team member's HEALTH or SAFETY"
""Knowledge and experience is MY POWER".
This is a HIGH VIBRATION / HIGH FREQUENCY WAVE because you are FEELING FOR your TEAM/OTHERS and you are not THINKING only about your GROWTH.
You believe that your EXPERIENCE is your POWER = PERSONAL POWER ; and POWER is not that which comes with title , number of resources , tools etc.
You are now associating with higher energy centers.
FEELING FOR OTHERS IS THE LIGHT OF HEART.
FEELING FOR OTHERS WILL ACTIVATE YOUR 4TH ENERGY CENTER - ANAHATA CHAKRA.
This "feeling for others" will not only help you increase the Frequency of your energy waves but it will also help you access INTUITION ; PERCEPTION ; DIVINE CONSCIOUSNESS.
The Light of your Heart can help you convert your LOW FREQUENCY ENERGY WAVE into a HIGH FREQUENCY ENERGY WAVE.
Now YOUR ENERGY WAVE becomes a REAL LIGHT WAVE - Because all HUMAN ENERGY WAVES ARE ORIGINALLY LIGHT WAVES.
When the frequency of Brain's energy waves are increased - you are no longer influenced by the UPS and DOWNS of your emotional waves.
You float like a SURF BOARD ON TIDES.
In the high frequency energy wave ;
ENERGY = C^2 = LIGHT * LIGHT.
Matter is LOW.
Your Brain's Energy wave is converted into a LIGHT WAVE BY HEART.
GOD IS IN THE HEART AND NOT MIND.
Until the time we dont become AWARE of the PRESENCE OF GOD INSIDE OUR HEART ; we play like the puppet that is ruled by a MACHINE CALLED MIND.
Even BIBLE claims that GOD IS LIGHT.
YOUR 9 EMOTIONAL WAVES NOW BECOMES 9 LIGHT WAVES.
ENERGY = LIGHT.
Just like the SPEED of the LIGHT OF THE HEADLIGHT of the car does not change with the SPEED of the car ; your LIGHT WAVE is not influenced by the UPS and DOWNS.

On the other hand people with low consciousness and low vibration get caught up in the UPS and DOWNS because they use the BOTTOM ENERGY CENTER - SURVIVAL AND POWER even to express LOVE AND SEX.
FAKE EXPRESSION WILL RESULT FROM ENERGY IMBALANCE.
The more FAKE your EXPRESSIONS are - The more IMBALANCED you are ;
The more REAL your EXPRESSIONS are - The more BALANCED you are,
BALANCE is not about OPTIMAL EXPRESSION ;
BALANCE is all about REAL EXPRESSION.
Your VIBRATION is your SOUL ESSENCE ; YOUR SPIRITUAL SIGNATURE.
If you become capable of changing your VIBRATION by yourself ; the MORE LIGHT YOU HOLD.
THE MORE LIGHT YOU HOLD = THE MORE ACCESS TO HIGHER DIVINE CONSCIOUSNESS.
Light is a spiritual force and is present in CONSCIOUSNESS.
Light can be Active only if your INTENT and EXPRESSION is REAL.
You will become PURE (Sattvikam Shivam) in your DANCE EXPRESSION when you ask for the LIGHT to be present in your expression for the HIGHEST GOOD.
Applicable to our LIFE.
You can ask God for LIGHT to be present in your EMOTIONAL WAVES for HIGHEST GOOD.
Here i present Kauthuvam dedicated to the Kauthuka Bimbam (REFLECTION of "The Chidambaram Natarajar").
The RADIANCE AND ILLUMINATION of Lord Natarajar should be presented in the EXPRESSION.
Bharatanatyam in itself is of NO VALUE unless it CONSECRATES YOUR BODY.
