Today we will explore Kalyani Jatiswaram ; the second item of Bharatanatyam Margam Syllabus.
I have edited the content based on my recent discovery and have filmed all 7 Jatiswaram that is a part of Margam Syllabus. With this i complete JATISWARAM.
Kalyani Jatiswaram is a Nritta Item based on Yoga Philosophy. The item lays the foundation to perceive PURE CONSCIOUSNESS ; and it begins with SPACE CONSCIOUSNESS.
For any object or body to MOVE there should be SPACE.
Without SPACE we cannot MOVE.
As seen below - A Kinesphere is a SPACE we create around our body.
Kinesphere is a SPACE that is invisible until the time we make a movement within the SPACE leaving a TRACE-FORM.
Can you see the TRACE - FORM ?
The objective of Jatiswaram is to align your Body (central median line) with earth's centre of gravity.
You Connect with Earth's Resonance only when "The Individual Body Center align with Earth's Center of Gravity".
In the process the dancer and audience will lay the foundation to perceive SPACE CONSCIOUSNESS.
Light can pass into the energy centers from above only when you are GROUNDED AND CONNECTED TO EARTH.
The straight line connection from your TAILBONE all the way to the CENTRE OF THE EARTH'S GRAVITY is SPIRITUAL.
When you resonate with earth's average frequency the healing of your negative energy will begin.
The co-ordinated movements of the body raises the VIBRATION of energy levels in Kinesphere.
Certain poses represents sacred phenomena of the universe hence it is important to dress GRACEFULLY.
Jatiswaram is evolved from the systematization of body movements.
EXISTENCE means MOVEMENT ; ACTION means MOVEMENT.
The central median line of our body where our 7 ENERGY CENTRES lie forms our BASE SUPPORT SYSTEM. The Body centre is approximately at the NAVEL.
We all know that :
Energy = Mass * (Speed of Light ) ^2
Mass = Material
If your central median line is not BALANCED ; then DESIRES will begin. It starts with DESIRE FOR SEX and then POWER.
In this case ; Your energy = Matter (Low vibration energy).
There is absence of LIGHT OR LOW SPEED OF LIGHT.
LESS LIGHT = LESS CONSCIOUSNESS.
To avoid this ; one has to resonate with EARTH.
Earth's Natural AVERAGE Frequency is 7.83 Hertz.
WE CANNOT BE HEALTHY IF WE ARE DISCONNECTED FROM THE NATURAL FREQUENCY OF EARTH.
When Your brain wave resonate at same level of earth's AVERAGE FREQUENCY ( Close to Alpha) as seen in the below diagram - you will be in a position to AT-LEAST understand that your DESIRES are becoming a Threat to other's SAFETY and HEALTH. The healing of your low vibration energy will begin ; however you are still not in a position to receive LIGHT.
In order to receive light the vibration of your energy should further increase BEYOND AVERAGE (7.83 HZ).

GAMMA Level is the PEAK / EXPANDED LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS.
When you see a FLOWER BLOOM you understand that the plant has derived ENERGY from the CONSCIOUSNESS/LIGHT ; meaning there is CONSCIOUSNESS AROUND PLANTS AND FLOWERS.

The dark blue colour represents the Individual's SPACE.
Once you receive light ;

Material will be low.
The light of consciousness can purify all channels of energy and you will experience PROFOUND BLISS.
