CHOICES Vs. LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES!

Life is full of CHOICES.

We make CHOICES everyday.
We make a choice to wake up at 6am or sleep for one more hour and wake up at 7am.

We make a choice to wear a particular outfit.

We make a choice to either bike or go for a walk.

I have also heard people saying – 

“I have no choice, so i took MBA”

“I married A because I did not have any other CHOICE”
When you say "I dont have a Choice", it means you have become a victim of LIFE CIRCUMSTANCE.

Even  when you say – “I have no choice” in your mind  your unconscious brain is  still making a choice because it is worried about your safety and haunting circumstances that you could possibly face if you don’t accept that CHOICE.

Sometimes the circumstances overpower you to the point where life seems to be a series of difficulties and you don’t see yourself having any power or choice and you become helpless.

Just last week someone called me after 10 months and asked me a series of questions indicating that the CIRCUMSTANCES of all these events is going to be haunting.

I don’t understand why he was making me IMAGINE a HAUNTING CIRCUMSTANCE.

Mr.Gotalachap has spent 55 years of his life taking advantage of LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES of people.

In-fact he and his Begum are POWER ABUSERS and they have the direct POWER coming from CEO to create a haunting  and daunting circumstance in your career (TO INTENTIONALLY PUT YOU ON BENCH) and make you AGREE with what they want.

If such a event occur - Then I have many CHOICES:

I HAVE A CHOICE : There is NASSCOM where i can COMPLAIN.

I HAVE A CHOICE : LABOUR COMMISSION who I can approach for HELP.

I HAVE A CHOICE : MINISTRY OF WOMEN AND CHILD who I can approach for HELP.

I HAVE A CHOICE : MCA, TV, NEWSPAPER, SOCIAL MEDIA - THE MOST POWERFUL OF ALL.

I HAVE A CHOICE : I can write a personal letter to Smriti Zubin Irani, may be to her TWITTER account.

I HAVE A CHOICE : I can meet the Chief Minister of Karnataka.

I HAVE A CHOICE : To submit copies of fill up the blanks to Banks seeking Moratorium.

Out of all these CHOICES, iam sure AT-LEAST one of them is GOING TO WORK.

This is called OPTIMISM.

However difficult life may seem, you will always have a choice.

Only by accepting the responsibility of your choice, you can finally progress towards what you want in life.

I want to rise above the constraints and difficulties to create what i want.

Things will slowly shape the way i want, because i know what is right and what is wrong.

If nobody has told you then iam telling you  : When you assigned all 200 resources and 200 licences to your veteran bencher nobody asked you any question - but now when she came back to square one with 50% bench having had no capabilities to retain even any of the  STOLEN accounts, you have now started stealing other's ROLE to make her BILLABLE. 
You are a THIEF.
Understand one thing that you have rights only on the company property and not on the life and career of any INDIVIDUAL.

I have many CHOICES.

In life one must learn to take OWNERSHIP OF CHOICES. 

When you start taking ownership of your choices, you are not afraid of any haunting circumstances.  

This path will lead you to happiness, this path will let you live proactively making things happen.

Never be afraid of taking the ownership of your choices.

Nothing will change unless you take ownership of what is happening in your life.

Very often people complain they are here because they did not have any choice.

And then take the trouble to dress well and put on that extra load of makeup even though sometimes when you are sad . They complain without doing anything about it, because their unconscious brain will warn them of the haunting circumstance and they decide to accept choices that others make for them.

The main REASON why so many POWER ABUSERS are becoming so POWERFUL is because you become the VICTIM of LIFE CIRCUMSTANCE and they take advantage of that.

If you start thinking that you have no choice over your situation, that situation will never change?

You will continue to be a person who is powerless over your life circumstances and your unconscious brain will continue to haunt you of the dangers of these circumstances that can make you choose something that you don’t like and then complain about it.

My advice to you all is - "You can’t change cards, but you can change how you play them".

Don’t ever be victimized by your situation, try to gain power over life circumstance.
