Lord Shankara is the Embodiment of Naada/Nada.
Naada means Sound Vibration!
Naada means Sound Vibration!
In some of my earlier posts, I have explained that the first step
towards higher possibilities is to explore your physical potential and in
this regard - Yoga Asana can help you explore your full physical potential.
One of the Mrityunjaya Pose! I bow to Lord Shankara who is the Embodiment of Naada/Nada.
The movement of the creative sound of stillness that exists between 2 heart beats
is called OM (or) OMKARA NADA.
OM is the celestial sound - THE SOUND OF STILLNESS BETWEEN 2 HEART BEATS that is responsible for generating all other INNER SOUND VIBRATIONS which creates various kinds of EMOTIONS in the heart.
Sanskrit Language was directly manifested from the INNER SOUND
VIBRATIONS of the heart.
It is the cosmic sound which makes Sanskrit a cosmic language of
the universe.
Today I will introduce you to Tyagaraja a great Telugu Carnatic musician
who was born in present day Tamilnadu.
We will explore Saint Tyagaraja's Sanskrit Keerthanam.
Translation :
I bow to Lord Shankara, the embodiment of Nada, with my mind and
body.
To Shankara the embodiment of Nada,
To Shankara the embodiment of Nada,
To the essence of blissful Sama Veda, I bow to him again and again.
I bow every time,
To Him, Who is delighting in the art of the seven swaras, Sa-Ri-Ga-Ma-Pa-Da-Ni,
born of his five faces, starting with sadyojata,
I bow every time,
To Him, Who is delighting in the art of the seven swaras, Sa-Ri-Ga-Ma-Pa-Da-Ni,
born of his five faces, starting with sadyojata,
I bow to Him, the Bruiser of kala, the Protector of
pure-hearted Tyagaraja, I bow.
Saint Tyagaraja’s music is filled with Emotions.
Ragam called Shankarabharanam
is one of the contributions of Saint Tyagaraja.
Only music is the path that leads to the state of Advaita and the
state of immmortality. To seek the truth of nature and God, and to achieve the
greatest of gunas called Satva guna, music alone is the key. This
Sankarabharanam is saint Tyagaraja's heart and abode to Lord Rama. This is the
path of devotion that grants the liberation.
When you bathe in the RIVER OF EMOTIONS CALLED GANGA, from your heart blossoms the third Veda called SAAMA VEDA/SAMA
VEDA.
Cultivating the Sublime with the help of Sound Vibrations can help
you unite with GOD. These sound vibrations are the language of the GOD.
