Unlike the lunar cycles which are 28 day cycle which are short , One Sun Cycle = 11 - 12 years (earth years) , which means if you put your physical body in sync with sun cycles along with lunar cycles , you will be able to improve Balance , Steadiness and Firmness in your life.
