The Urdhva Tandava Pose!

In continuation to the below post , i have something more to explain about the Tandava poses.
This one is called as Urdhva Tandava Pose.
The secret behind this pose is that -
Goddess Shakti decided to compete with Lord Nataraja and  she started replicating every Tandava pose which Lord Shiva performed.
In order to kill her ego and pride , Lord Nataraja lifted his left foot towards the sky which is definitely the male gesture. This is called as Urdhva Tandava.

Goddess Shakti surely knew how to perform this pose , but bound by the feminine traits she decided to lose the competition and Lord Nataraja emerged to be victorious. Among the audience were Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma.

Today most of the women want to be equal to Man , i dont understand what is the LOGIC?
A man has certain qualities and a women has a set of certain other qualities,

I have seen some women  desperately trying to become like Men and live like a Man.
Women cannot live like a Man , you cannot forget your feminine qualities.

If you are a women , you have to compete with yourself to evolve as a better female.
If you are a man , you have to compete with yourself to evolve as a better male.

And  then - Goddess Shakti had to use the Urdhva Tandava  Pose in order to kill the demons in the battle. You should know how and where to use your ENERGY.

And this one is called as Visnukranta Tandava Pose.

This Pose falls in between Visnukranta Pose and Urdhva Pose,

There is a short video.

Once the famous saint from Kerala - "Adi Shankara" was in Kashi and one day he was walking down the street in Kashi.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adi_Shankara

There came a man who was in-charge of burning the bodies in the cremation grounds.
Saint Adi Shankara asked him rudely to - MOVE AWAY , MOVE AWAY , MOVE AWAY.

Then the man asked Adi Shankara -
"You seem to be calling yourself as a  Spiritual Practitioner teaching Non-Dualism to everyone"
" Who are you asking to MOVE AWAY?"
"The body? which will turn into ashes some day" (or)
"The fire the soul the energy ?  that is burning inside my body which is keeping me alive?"
When you say MOVE AWAY who are you asking to move away? Body or Soul ?
Lord Shiva himself came to test the spiritual understanding of Saint Adi Shankara.
"Aham Brahma Asmi"  means - "I can become a Brahman only if i awaken myself from the limited sense of EGO"

This shows that there is only one ENERGY in the universe.
Energy that is inside every living being's body in the universe is the same.
This shows that the energy that is inside my body is the same energy that is running inside your body.
So there is no difference between your energy and my energy.

So if that is the case , then you can try this activity  , it doesn't matter if you dont know Yoga.
If i could derive energy from you and today if iam able to do this pose using the energy i derived from you, then why cant you try this pose?
If i could derive more energy from you then what will happen to me?

Try this activity!

To become a spiritual practitioner you dont need to learn yoga , all you need to learn is - "FOLLOW YOUR HEART"
It is not necessary that the one who has learnt yoga is the only one who has to be ENERGETIC.
In this world there is only one ENERGY.
