Friends , today iam going to write about Spirituality.
Om, We Worship the Three-Eyed God (Lord Shiva),
Who is Fragrant (Spiritual Essence) and ,
Who Nourishes all beings- May He severe our Bondage of Samsara (Worldly Life),
like a Cucumber (severed from the bondage of its Creeper),
and thus Liberate us from the Fear of Death,
by making us realize that we are never separated from our Immortal Nature.
Lets start with the most powerful of all Mantras - "Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra"
This is the mantra that is said to ward off evil and diseases and it bestows the aspirant with health and energy.
Most of the people believe that this is the Mantra to ward off Physical death.
But the truth is
"This is the mantra which is being performed by the seeker to avoid -Spiritual Death"
What is Spiritual death:
A physical death is separation of soul from Body
Spiritual death is separation of soul from God
Spiritual death occurs when you are unable to gain power over your life circumstances and decide to compromise on values and ethics
Example:
1.You steal and rob others for the sake of money.
2.A women prostituting for money .
3.Men assaulting women -greed for sex
4.People run after power and position compromising on values and ethics.
Do you know what happens when you become victim of life circumstances?
People around you will take advantage and then use their power to intentionally create an unfavorable situation in front of you so that they can get what they want from you .
Therefore a spiritual death is death by Sin.
When you become victim of life circumstance and make a wrong decision in life - give up values , there is spiritual death
Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra transforms us by lifting us towards higher consciousness.
No matter how unfavorable a situation is right in front of you ,you do not become a victim of Circumstances in life and you learn to conquer any unfavorable circumstance in life
Maha means Great
Mrityun means death and
Jaya means Victory
So this is a mantra to gain victory over spiritual death.
A lot of people chant this during trouble , accidents , near death , diseases etc.
This mantra will bring optimism inside your mind and purifies your entire body and soul and you then will be able to conquer any unfavorable circumstance in life without being a victim to life's unfavorable circumstances. It is a mantra that removes all kind of fear from your body.
