Today i once again saw "Baahubali 2 The Conclusion".
I dont know how much we can learn from any film , but this film has a lot of lessons which can be inculcated in real life.
Bahubali is a perfect example of what a leader should be.
Today's post is all about "Leaders by title " who often exhibit invisibility , ego and power trips and they are never there whenever needed.
Leadership is not "Rank" , it is "Responsibility"
Leadership is not "Position" , it is "Attitude , Actions and Behaviour "
A lot of people in the world believe that "Power , Title and Rank" is leadership and in this way they spend their entire life fighting for "Power , Title and Rank" and it starts from home.
Some of the best leaders who i have observed in my life never had a "Title".
Example : My own father.
Leadership is Influence : example - Mahatma Gandhi , Mother Theresa , Martin Luther king.
Those who dont like history , the best example here is Baahubali 2.
If you have seen Baahubali 2 , the people of the kingdom Mahishmathi sure did respect the "Title and Position " of their king "Ballaladeva"
.....but they went an extra mile for someone "Baahubali" who was not their king by title . Now that is the real leadership . Mahendra Baahubali didn't need a title to lead.
You dont really need a title to lead.
If you have seen Baahubali 2, you can observe how Baahubali inspires people to perform their best and unleash their hidden strength . Leadership means "growing more leaders ".
Leaders by title who believe Rank is leadership always end up spending their entire life focusing on small things trying to downplay others.
Baahubali always spoke truth without fear , you may end up losing money , power , rank by speaking truth , but you will never feel bad that you didn't express the truth
Here is beautiful song ..
Probably because iam a Kshatriya by community i end up writing posts like these , but iam sure that its not boring to any of my readers.
Love you all.
