Shower Climbing in the rain..

Its rainy season out here in Bengaluru and  iam being psyched to go for shower climbing
It was windy with showers.
If exploring volcanic rock formations can bring an adrenaline rush in your body then "Anataragange" is a must . If you believe that Mysterious wet rocks can fill your fantasies ..then you should read my post.

Lets climb Antaragange , located in Kolar district about 55 kms from Bengaluru!

Shower climbing is all about climbing small waterfalls in creeks and stream.
Its fun if you happen to do it in the rainy season with more and more water to have fun with

It was freaking hard , but its fun to jump into the clear water
Shower climbing is walking through water and jumping off the cliffs













The water flows all the way from the top of the hill until the base.

Fitness is all about ethics and values and it is not at all related to sexuality or not at all related to Gym .


You dont have to be reasonably fit for shower climbing , if you can crawl and bend that is enough





Crazy , scary but beautiful.

Every step need you to squeeze and stretch , most important activity is know where to place your leg lol..
Crawling and bending are the only 2 skills required for shower climbing

Today iam going to write about Fitness!

Ladies , pls dont stare at me!
Iam not trying to be over sexual here and iam always politically correct ,
i dont piss people off , say dirty words or stereotype and generalize people
I write truth , dont judge me by my size!

I eat one piece of garlic every morning thrice a week which is a natural blood purifier
I drink only hot water which is boiled with a piece of Ginger in it
I apply coconut  oil on my hair twice a week followed by a hot water bath
I apply olive oil on my body followed by  a hot water bath at least once a month

And let me tell you there is no such thing called as universal perfect .
You love your body , keep your mind , body and soul clean and when you love yourself you are perfect.
To become fit ,you should not only eat right food , you should speak truth .
Lies and stress can increase your weight .

Keep your mind body and soul clean !

And eat fresh vegetables !
