Aokigahara!

Mount Fuji !

After Volcano Mount Fuji Errupted long ago , the lava floated to the base of the mountain and

then trees which grew on this lava has become thick which is now known as Aokigahara Forest!

The roots are very different and very scary and rocks are found all over the forest !
Scary entrance and if you slip you will fall down and reach heaven directly.
In my case it is heaven and iam not too sure of your cases!

 

The roots are strange ! The floor of the forest is volcanic these trees are called as Halloween trees - Jukai.

The scariest Japan walk i have been to.
There was body found !

People dont care about these boards , and signs urging them to think about their family
they simply go into the forest and end their lives there!

These are the tapes running between trees , these are mostly put up by victims who are not fully committed to death and they want to come back out of the forest
in case they change their mind .
Here is one one of those , if we follow these tape it is sure to find a body!

I felt brave to walk about 15 km in the forest and explore some of the spooky rocks!
There is lava inside!
A spooky feeling braving the haunted place...

Do i look like a Ghost ?

We were a group of 10 , sometimes during our hike i stand by the trees to click a picture while others  head up and suddenly i would feel that someone was following me while there was nobody behind me and then i would turn around to see who was following me only to see nobody and then i would run to catch my group ;  except this eerie feeling i did not really face anything paranormal! I came back safely out of the forest!
By far the most scariest feeling that i have ever had in Japan!

I dont suggest anyone to visit Aokigahara forest other than visiting the caves and lava tube!
