Bubble Bath Adventure!

I had an amazing Spa and healing experience at LaQua - Tokyo Dome!
Hey its not so expensive to get in here.

Go to the sixth floor reception and they give you 2 sticks one for hot spring and another one for healing Baden- sorry iam not sure what Baden means lol.

From the reception You have to then turn right and walk about 30 feet where  they give you clothes and towels- they give you one big towel and one private towel- my head did not explode this time
as this was my second on sen - yes with the same Singapore colleague/friend with who i had my first on sen !

You will find lockers where you can remove all your clothes and  become "Independent"
Sorry here the synonym for the word "Independent" is "Nekkid"
If you are foreigner - you lovely body might  get stares

Facilities for food and drink is provided on the 5th floor.

There is amusement park right in front of the spa

We soaked ourselves nekkid in the hot baths inside and had a lovely gossip for upto 4 hour .
These hot springs were sodium chloride strong salt hot springs which is meant for poor blood circulation .
They also have thermal properties good for skin,

After relaxing in hot spring  for 4 hours we had our food. Then we tried healing treatments and saunas
We had to change our outfit for healing treatment and massage . We need to pay extra 525 yen for Healing Treatments.

We sweated inside the sauna for many hours and there are different types of saunas inside .
The sauna hot room was the best room i liked where you can lie down naked and sweat out as much as you can .

We spent about another 5 hours nekkid inside different types of  sauna !

Treatment rooms are escorted with lovely music ,there is also  a cold room where the temperature was below 5 C- there is an aquarium inside the cool room .

There are also massage therapy inside if you are willing to pay extra .

Afer spending about 4 hours in hot spring and 5 hours in treatment saunas we decided to have Korean dinner!

And now iam so full...and relaxed ! Have a good night !

More about Spa LaQua

Since the place was full of nekkid people cameras were not allowed - sorry no pictures.
But if you want more information on sauna here you go ! If you are able to see the temperature then i have done it !

OK now its time to solve a  Puzzle ! How to get there?????
Hint below.

So my japanese friend told me that "I have trained you for your next spa at Hakone the company trip"
So iam game for my next spa in Autumn- in cold weather! Autumn the  most beautiful season in Japan!

I would not have to feel embarrassed in front of my female colleagues , i know whats the secret of Bubble Bath!

I really enjoyed reading this article about spas because it had so much information about the benefits of a spa and how it felt to do so. However home sauna is good for health and also helps to reduce stress.
